INTRO
At Tehnoinspekt, we design, install, and maintain advanced fire protection solutions that safeguard people, property, and critical infrastructure. Our projects are supported by hydraulic calculations performed with internationally approved software, fully compliant with NFPA, FM, VdS, and EN 12845 standards.
Using 3D modeling software tools such as REVIT, Autodesk, SprinkCAD and others, we ensure seamless integration with other building installations and provide clear, accurate designs.
Fire Sprinkler Systems
What Are Fire Sprinkler Systems?
Fire sprinkler systems are automated fire protection systems designed to detect and suppress fires instantly. They consist of a network of pipes filled with water and sprinkler heads that activate when high temperatures are detected.
Types of Sprinkler Systems
Wet Pipe Systems
Pipes are always filled with water, ideal for heated buildings.
Dry Pipe Systems
Pipes are filled with pressurized air/nitrogen; best for unheated spaces prone to freezing.
Pre-Action Systems
Double safety system requiring detector activation; ideal for sensitive areas (data centers, museums).
Deluge Systems
Open sprinkler heads activated via detection system; for high-hazard facilities like aircraft hangars or chemical plants.
Foam Water Systems
Combine water and foam to extinguish flammable liquid fires, ideal for oil refineries and chemical storage.
Benefits of Sprinkler Systems:
-
Immediate fire response
-
Reduced property damage and downtime
-
Enhanced safety for occupants

Gas Extinguishing Systems
Gas extinguishing systems use clean chemical agents or inert gases to suppress fires quickly and effectively, without damaging sensitive equipment or leaving any residue. They operate by reducing oxygen concentration or interrupting the combustion process, making them ideal for environments where water-based suppression is unsuitable—such as data centers, control rooms, laboratories, archives, and industrial facilities.
Our Capabilities
We operate our own filling station, capable of refilling gas cylinders up to 300 bar, ensuring reliability, flexibility, and shorter response times for refilling and maintenance. Tehnoinspekt also offers custom-engineered solutions developed in cooperation with leading international manufacturers, ensuring every project meets the highest safety and performance standards. At the end of our projects we are certified to do room/enclosure airtightness testing to ensure that the gas systems will function properly.
Types of Gas Systems
Novec™ 1230
Environmentally friendly clean agent with low global warming potential, suitable for occupied spaces.
FM-200®
Residue-free agent that extinguishes fires through rapid heat absorption and is safe for personnel.
Inergen® (IG-541)
A natural inert gas mixture of nitrogen, argon, and CO₂ that lowers oxygen to safe levels for effective suppression.
CO₂ Systems
Highly efficient for unoccupied or industrial areas, displacing oxygen to stop combustion instantly.
